Heather E. Mathews began in 2000 as a portfolio manager specializing in international equities in Dimensional's Santa Monica office. In 2004 she moved to the London office to run the London trading desk and to manage UK and European equity portfolios. Heather returned to the US in 2008 and currently manages portfolios on the Austin equity trading desk.
Prior to working at Dimensional, Heather was an analyst for the Los Angeles Times and for management consultants Theodore Barry & Associates. Heather obtained her MBA in general management from Harvard University Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in mathematics and mathematical economics from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
