John S. Romiza manages a team of traders in London and Sydney that handles Dimensional's non-US equity order flow. In this role, he ensures the firm utilizes cutting-edge execution strategies and trading technologies across the many local regions where it trades. Prior to joining Dimensional, John served as senior vice president and director of European trading for Franklin Templeton. During his eight years there, he relocated and built the firm's European trading operation and assumed full oversight of all EMEA equity trading for the parent organization.
Prior to Franklin Templeton, John was an equity trader for SunTrust Bank and a corporate actions analyst for Fidelity Investments and State Street Bank. He holds a B.A. in finance from Bentley College.
